Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TIP platform and related services (the "Service"), provided by DriftLock LLC, doing business as TIP ("TIP," "we," or "us").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, or by clicking to accept these Terms or our subscription agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the subscription agreement presented to you when you sign up. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. The Service

TIP is a subscription software platform that audits telecom invoices, detects billing errors, and prepares and manages carrier disputes on behalf of business customers. The specific features available depend on the subscription tier you select.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and the terms applicable to your subscription are set out in the subscription agreement you accept at sign-up. Except as expressly stated in that agreement, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time as described in your subscription agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and your subscription agreement. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide.

5. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Governing Agreement

Your use of the Service is also governed by the subscription agreement (End User License Agreement) you accept when you create an account. If there is any conflict between these Terms and that subscription agreement, the subscription agreement controls with respect to the subject matter it addresses.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
