One line on one bill
A depot that bills $428 every month. In June, $428 twice: the same site, the same service, a second invoice.
The total was higher than May's. Totals go up all the time. Paid.
Sample dataA second invoice for a site that already has one looks exactly like the first. That's the problem.

Sample dataTIP keeps each site's own history: what it bills, how often, how much. A material charge that shows up once, on a site that has billed steadily for months, in a month carrying more charges than that site usually does, is a duplicate until the carrier shows otherwise.
A new site's install charge is not a duplicate, and TIP tells the two apart.
Every billing error comes with the line item, the amount and the reasoning, in plain English.
By default, TIP does the rest: files the dispute with your carrier, follows up until the carrier answers, and tells you when the credit lands. Every dispute and every carrier answer is in your Dispute Tracker. No work on your side.
Want TIP to ask first? Your call, any time. Every billing error TIP finds carries a confidence score: how sure TIP is that the carrier owes you the money. TIP comes set to file a dispute for every error it finds, whatever the score. If you'd rather TIP file fewer on its own, raise the bar: file only the high-confidence errors (85% and up), or only the near-certain ones (90% and up), and TIP brings every error under the bar to you to approve first. Or turn automatic filing off, and nothing is filed until you say yes. It's one setting in TIP, and you can change it any time.
Either way, TIP checks the next invoice for the credit. A credit promised and never paid is a billing error too, and TIP goes back for it.
TIP is taking on a small number of founding customers this fall.
Thanks. TIP will reply within one business day with times for a 30-minute call.
Bring one recent carrier bill if you can. TIP reads it live on the call.
